Dr.Martens.... yay or nay?

Dr.Martens are back in "style" i guess you can say, now my questions is YAY or NAY?!

Would you rock them?? In the 90s or so I remembered goth kids used to wear them && Daria :)


Now I see that they are EVERYWHERE! Some of the colors are real pretty, & they have some intersting styles.

I kind of want to own a pair & see how i`ll look in them. But I do not want to spend 100 + on them I barely wear them.... hmmm decisions...

H&M has the knockoffs for $40 I believe.... OR I could hit up the outlets && see if they have them cheaper...


Are these boots just a trend that will fade or decide to stay??

    Hmmm I wasn't on the bandwagon at first but then there are so many colors and different patterns. They look ugly and cute at the same time. Well I would say they're converse's older brother. I would buy a pair it wouldn't hurt especially the metallic ones coming this fall GLORIOUS!!!

    as a little kid i had the knockoffs i used to wear them with short shorts or skirts via daria. lol i want to return that route but don't know if i can yet..

    you can sometimes find them on sale online, but the $100+ for a pair is totally worth it, because they'll last years! my bf had a nicer dress pair for work and they're about 5 or 6 years old and still in good condition (nothing some shoe polish won't fix now and then). I got a pair last winter and they're some of the most comfortable shoes I've owned - I plan on getting a pair of boots this fall

    I need a knee high pair of DM's in my life. There's a market round my way that have been selling them for as long as I can remember (at real low prices too). Had I had known that there was going to be a revival, I would have stocked up and ebay'd them.

    Always love Dr Martens! they are the shhhhh but I'm an art kid...and terribly emo so i like all that trashy stull lol.
