STAYING HEALTHY & IN SHAPE!

Every year I ALWAY say "I`m going to lose weight", yanno usually when my skinny jeans won't fit and everything else doesn't look the same way it used to and I look into the mirror and say "I`m a large marge"

This year I AM FINALLY WORKING MY BUTT OFF!!! I am so happy and feel more energized and I cannot wait to see the results. Sometimes I feel like I`m on that MTV show, working out and cussin myself why I ate that slice of cheesecake. Anyway, usually I start by warming up on the elliptical, run on the treadmill, (I try to run 2 miles), work on my arms, glutes, "love-handles", and of course stomach. I also take group classes which I love because to me, when you are working in a group you feel motivated and feel like you can't fall behind. The classes I take during the week are: Spinning, Kick-boxing, and Total body training.

It's been only a month, my endurance has definitely gone up. I think I lost a little bit of weight on my thighs and stomach, nothing big. I keep telling myself that its not magic and nothing will happen overnight. I also don't weigh myself. The scale tends to get some people discouraged and back to their bad eating habits and not working out as hard....

I am sharing my journey with you guys and excited to show you guys what I eat and how my body has transformed. Right now I weigh 130lbs (I checked 3weeks ago), I might check again at the end of March....

Yes ladies, Valentines day is this Monday! Unlike many single ladies out there, I am not sad at all! I'm actually looking forward to it. I think its silly when girls turn all bitter towards this holiday when once upon a time (when they had a boyfriend) they were all smiles and giggles on that day. This is my second year in a row that I will be celebrating it on my own, let's just say that the bottle of Moet will be my love this year haha!

Here is my idea of a perfect valentines day for a single girl like me! Watch Glee episodes, sip on some champagne, eat chocolate covered strawberries, macaroons, do a Lush spa at home! The possibilities are endless, and while you're at it, invite a friend.

The other day I posted the Glee x OPI collection, turns out my best-friend Tiera gifted me for my birthday with one of these nails polishes. She got me the beautiful pink color "Diva-in-Training" inspired by Santana ;D. I am in love with this color, its a perfect summer color in my opinion. I want to try more of these colors for sure, like "Hell to the no" and "Who let the dorks out?." Have any of you tried them??

These are like my favorite items ever!

1. Revlon Colorburst lipstick in 'Soft Nude'- this is my "everyday" lipstick, it gives me the best nude lips for my skin tone. I`m a mac nc42 btw. I think its so important that girls find the right shade of lipstick. Don't look like you just finished eating a powdered donut! Not cute!

2. LUSH 'Sweet lips' lip scrub- I got this last summer and its still almost full. Granted I could of made my own at home, but I`m lazy so sue me. This product is perfect for the winter when you have skin peeling off your lips =( .

3. Sonia Kashuk's blending sponge- I ADORE!! Blends my makeup oh so good, easy to use, easy to clean. Find it at your local Target.

4. MAC's "studio finish concealer"- I've always heard great things about this, it covers dark circles, blemishes, you name it! With this baby you don't need a face full of makeup!

5.Nivea's "touch of honey" lipbalm- Smells DELISHHHH. I put it on every chance I get. Smooth sexy lips for winter!

I`m not going to sit here and say that "I`m back" , every time I say this.... I go MIA. So I`m just going to blog what my little heart desires and hopefully things will go back the way they were.

Sunday Feb 6, was my 22nd birthday!! Wow, I`ve been blogging on here since I was like what 19?! I've met some pretty awesome people off here.

I have tons of pictures I've accumulated that I think I`ll post soon for you guys. A lot has happened, I am more focused on school now than these online websites I used to be a part of. I`m not throwing shade what-so-ever, but I feel like I`m not where I thought I'd be by 22.

I still help a few places out but, I think it's time I help myself out before anyone else.

This blog will be a lifestyle blog, I can't just blog about makeup because theres more to me than makeup. It's going to have a little bit of everything, a variety.

I am deeply sorry for abandoning my blog, my baby. People ask me why I don't blog anymore , honestly I'm a bit too busy for it. I haven't even touched my laptop in week. I get almost everything done on my Droid or I use a school computer to get some stuff done when necessary and in a hurry.

So much has happened to me and I am truly happy for the opportunities that keep coming my way. New internships, meeting new people, doing new things, new projects, ah it's just the best feeling ever.

I will touch more deeply into these subjects soon.

Oh and if you're wondering who that precious kitty is, well he's really a cat now, it's my child MoMo(named after the flying lemur in Avatar: The last Air Bender. LOVE that show) . I actually call him Monkey more. Don't ask me why lol. I brought him home from Brooklyn, E-money was giving him away and I just HAD to have him. Cats are amazing!

I thank my readers for still checking up on me and being loyal!

I PROMISE YOU GUYS THAT I WILL BLOG MORE WHEN SCHOOL IS OVER AND I COME BACK FROM VACATION =)

I've been dreaming of eating macaroons for the longest, I had them last week but I don't think they were the real thing....

Making them? Out of the question, knowing me I'd mess up the recipe and cry lol. Thanks to my friend, who by the way is freaking awesome, stopped by my house earlier to drop me off two small macaroons.

Oh my, they were the most sweetest and richest little things ever. I wish he would of gave me more but I can't complain, two will hold me down until he makes them again. Yes they were homemade, you see Rob is great at cooking/baking.

If you don't know what macaroons are they are a French pastry, a small cookie with a crispy sort of shell covering and meringue filling.

Gansitos are probably one of my favorite childhood guilty pleasures. Its a chocolate covered cake with cream and strawberry jelly filling. I love to eat them frozen as well, they usually sell them in Mexican grocery stores and I believe Wal-Mart haha! But be careful, you don't want to eat too many!

I should be excited for my 21st this saturday but BLEH!

As far as my birthday goes, it seems like every year the amount of people I have as friend gets smaller and smaller to celebrate with me. I mean I have no problem with that but sometimes it gets to me. Like where did everyone go?? Did I do something? Or was it just that time to go our different ways? I have very few friends from highschool that I actually keep in touch with still. I'm actually debating on deleting the OTHER half of high school people that I don't even talk to anymore....

Whatever the case is I guess I can look at it this way, I have less drama in my life. (load of less drama as what I used to get before) .

I'm just focusing on myself right now and thinking of other ways to take over the world hehe.

UMM I can't wait for this Saturday!! I just want cake, get buzzed and I''ll be a happy camper ^_^

Anyway, shit is taking longer than usual for my .com , it's ok i`m in no hurry. Last week was crazy for me, met a lot of wonderful people and had such a blast at the 21-7 magazine event . I got to meet the beautiful Jasmin from Vintage Vandalizm , such a sweet & down to earth girl. Also got to meet other people that I've been tweeting/bbming for monthssss and I got to see their faces and interact with them. Loads of fun!! I want to thank Lanie for inviting me to this fabulous party, I can't stress enough how much I admire her hard work and her ambition to Hellz-Bellz and making it more than just a streetwear brand.

The party was soooo much FUN! Everyone came out to support the Vans x Hellz collab! I was definitely star struck on some of the people that were there haha.

I took a friend of mine as my plus one, apparently the place was over capacity and I had to wait to get in. UMM not fun! But that was okay cause while waiting next to me was Kerin Rose, I died lol.She is soooo down to earth and friendly!

Seeing the actual Hellz shoes in person will make you fall in love with them even more! Which by the way they were inside vintage bird cages all around the room. Open bar was def calling my name!

The other week I was in Sephora, I had to return my MUFE HD Foundation cause I didn't like the consistency of it and just wasn't happy with it. I think people hyped it up too much. Anyway, I was past my 30 days so I had store credit. I bought yet another hyped up product.

Lola by Marc Jacobs the "it" fragrance , don't get me wrong... I loved it BUT for some reason my body quickly absorbs it. WOMP so now I have to return it *sighs* . I need to find a winter/spring fragrance that stays on me and won't leave. If you have any suggestions, please drop them in the cmmnt box!

For now Victoria's Secret Sweet Daydream is holding me down. I frickin' love it... It's a mix of apple, raspberry and vanilla. yumm ♥

Last night I was on the phone with Rissa, and she put me on Curtiss King. I've heard of him before, but I never really got the chance to sit down and listen to his music. Till Rissa started playing his new mixtape that just released. I was like "WOW I LOVE IT" , and immediately decided to tell you guys about it in case you haven't heard of him. In my opinion I think the whole "theme/idea" of this mixtape is genius. It brings back memories of the 90s when we used to watch Nickelodeon, like Doug, Ren & Stimpy, All That and more.

"Snick @ Nite” is a mixtape entirely produced by emcee/producer Curtiss King. Named after the popular block of shows Nickelodeon showed on Saturday nights in the 90s, “Snick @ Nite” is made of samples from many of Nickelodeon’s most popular Tv themes flipped into a wide variety of Hip Hop styles. Thanks to WhatTheForks && Nightmare Haunted House NYC , I was able to go & check that place out with Jess & some friends. The reason why we went was because this year the theme was 'Vampires' , so you know we had to go!! Ok so basically I was holding on to dear life on to my friend Xavier and this other girl. I was scared shitless!! I def recommend this place if you are around that area! The rooms that you go in are very unexpected, sheep, strippers, jesus, edward cullen, fog room, lmao YEA. That's how much I am in love with this story, if you did not read this book when you were younger... *blank stare* . Anyway, "Where the Wild Things Are" releases in movie theaters Oct. 16th.

For my 21st Birthday I want to have a party! I stopped doing those when I reached age 6.... or so. My parents used to throw me the biggest b-day parties ever when I was younger. I guess as I got older money started going or something but it stopped. Yeah we had the traditional family b-day dinners but it just wasn`t the same anymore. Having all your friends there celebrating with you and bringing you gifts...anyway

My whole point is that I want a big 21st b-day bash, what sucks is that all my friends will not be 21. Oh by the way my birthday isnt till next year Feb. 6 , but I`m already thinking of stuff :D

This weekend I went to stay at Sole's house. I had lots of fun, went to seaside, saw the movie The Collector, & just had a nice little girls wknd .

About the movie The Collector... Oh my... I am such a scaredy cat....I was squirming around, holding on to Sole's arm and covering my eyes, lmao. This movie somewhat reminds me of Saw only because of the "game" . It takes place in a home of a jeweler & his family, they are taken hostage by some weird creepy dude and tortured. The person who finds this family suffering was not there to save them... but to actually steal something.... He somehow gets mixed up into this and is trying to escape the house. Only he cant because there are tons of weird booby traps that will kill u with the quickness. DEF recommend this movie. I bet there will be a second movie...

Yeah so since the weather sucked this weekend (rain) me & sole stayed in and baked cupcakes & she cooked for me. So yummy

She also is helping me RE-DO my blog... we had a photo shoot session! It was weird being the "model" & not the photographer. I hope you guys will like my new blog soon & pics. Cannot wait!!

Sole made me wear red lipstick!! *gasp* , I actually like it! I will have to go out and buy some so i can start wearing it more often :D

1- 1.Follow the leader- Everyone started at 0 followers, & yes you do need to build up the followers to have a good twitter “experience” . Just because you follow me…. Does not mean I am going to follow you back -_- sorry? Do not ask me to follow you… that’s just stupid like how you look like going around saying “can you please follow me….” I’m not going to lie someone did say that to me but he was nice & I liked his tweets so I did. Other than that…. If yah shit is wack I’m not. So stop asking or assuming..

2- 2. HEY YOU! COMMENT ON MY BLOG- okay I do not mind people posting links to their blogs in their tweet, when you keep saying “come on you need to come comment…” or “why isn’t anyone commenting” & they keep advertising the shit…. It fcking gets annoying & makes you seem thirsty for a damn comment. People do read blogs we just too lazy to comment lmao (me) & sometimes we will leave you some love IF we really need to. Don’t be the annoying thirsty tweeter….

So i got there && he was already done shooting outside he was inside a building... so i hit up a friend to ask when he would be out... she gave me a time.. mind you i don`t live in nyc so i had to make decisions... so i decided to wait for him to come out... i was there for a while just waiting.. it fckin POURED... thank god i had my umbrella.. LMAO YEAH SOLE SEE... so around 7pm some random ass girl was like "OMG HE JUST LEFT" everyone was like wtff . SO i guess `cause dumb girls mobbed him he left out a backway or something.... at first i was like this bitch is an extra & she`s lying so we could leave... lmao but then i put two & two together & realized he was GONE. i wanted to cry.... lmao cause really i spent like 2hrs sitting out by a ledge just waiting :(.... i was heartbroken... i met some nice girls... i think i see her in that video... she wasnt all up on him though she was jus taking pics....anyway yeah

I must say that I am a Twilight fanatic . . how did it start?? Wellp me not doing shit & wanting to see what the whole "hype" was about made me read them.
